The birth and death registers of the Pasvalis Church in Lithuania lay untouched for hundreds of years and were just discovered a few years ago.
These registers were almost unknown to the academic world, although they are the most authentic records of those times. A teacher, Algimantas Kaminskas-Krincius, entered them into the computer and published two small 100-copy editions by Krincinas Savilaida.
The Krincinas Church birth and death registers are kept by LVIA, where they are easily accessible to researchers.
